Hari ini hari ulang tahun kelahiran Mama Zuha yang ke- 51.
Lagi 5 tahun Mama akan bersara. Tak tahu nak buat apa.
Mungkin Mama akan relax saja di rumah.

Makan-makan di Coca, Subang Parade sama Jiha sekali.

Sebenarnya lokasi makan Zuha yang pilih sebab dia teringin makan kat situ.

Pregnancy Week 14

The Mom:

Your breasts have been changing since the beginning of your pregnancy. During this second trimester, you may notice a thin yellow fluid called colostrum coming from your nipples. This will be your baby's first food if you chose to breastfeed. It's rich with immunities that will help your baby fight off the illnesses you are immune to.

Some women may notice a lumpy feeling in their breasts. This is the developing mammary glands and ducts. If you are trying to make the decision on how to feed your baby, you might want to read "The Breastfeeding Book" or perhaps contact your local La Leche League for information.

Should you choose to bottlefeed, be sure to discuss what formula you should use with your baby's pediatrician. You shouldn't feel guilty if you choose not to breastfeed. This is an intensely personal decision, and only you and your spouse can decide what is best for you.

SYMPTOMS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE
Breast Changes, tenderness, fullness, darkening of the areola
Frequent Urination
Constipation
Indigestion or heartburn
Occasional headaches
Stretch Marks (cocoa butter can help with these)
Itching

The Baby:

It's been 3 months (12 weeks) since conception, your baby is now about 3.5 inches long and weighs almost a whole ounce! Baby's neck is growing longer and stronger. Just a couple of weeks ago, baby's chin had to rest on his chest, now it no longer has to. Baby is still developing external genitalia, but its a little easier to tell a boy from a girl at this point.
