Cepatnya masa berlalu

Sekejap betul masa berlalu.
Keloyaan dan muntah-muntah Zuha semakin berkurang.
Tapi minyak cap kapak tetap menjadi teman setia.
Perut pun dah mula nampak besarnya. Seluar pun dah tak muat.
Terpaksa beli seluar untuk mengandung.

Sedikit info tentang kehamilan minggu ke-15 dari www.amazingpregnancy.com

Pregnancy Week Fifteen

The Mom:
Some women may notice that they are really beginning to look pregnant. Your uterus is about 3-4 inches under your navel, you may be able to feel the top of it. It's probably too soon for you to feel movement yet, but not too much longer!

If you are starting to find sex uncomfortable, you may find it helps to change positions. Many women have said that they find the 2nd trimester to be a time when they find themselves feeling more sensual with a heightened awareness in sex. Others have reported just the opposite. Where ever you may find yourself, it is important that you and your partner find ways to show each other physical affection during your pregnancy. Sex is perfectly safe, unless your provider has told you otherwise. If you do find the thought of sex unappealing, you can find alternate ways to spend time with your significant other. Cuddles, massages and other "play" can be wonderful substitutes for full penetration. Communication with your spouse is the key.

SYMPTOMS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE

Breast Changes, tenderness, fullness, darkening of the areola
Frequent Urination
Constipation
Indigestion or heartburn
Occasional headaches
Stretch Marks (cocoa butter can help with these)
Itching

The Baby:

Fine hair is starting to cover baby this week. It's called lanugo. Bones are getting harder and retaining calcium. (Be sure to get your daily allowance of calcium in!!) Baby can suck his thumb now, and many moms to be, have seen them doing this on ultrasounds. Baby's skin is still very thin, and the blood vessels can be seen through it. By the end of this week, your baby is about 4 inches long and weighs 1.75 ounces.
